The Vacancies At Multipro Ghana:
1. Cup Sales Supervisor
- Identify and onboard vendors who align with our brand’s values, ensuring they are equipped to represent our product effectively.
- Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with vendors, fostering loyalty and trust through regular communication and support.
- Provide continuous training and resources to vendors, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to deliver high-quality service.
- Oversee order placements to ensure timely deliveries and maintain optimal stock levels for uninterrupted sales, especially in schools and with vendors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in a related field.
Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 1 year of work experience in a similar role. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.
- Detail-orientated with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market trends.
- Must be capable of balancing operational efficiency with a focus on growth and relationship building.
