The former Last Two signee described how his drug addiction wrecked all he had created, including his home, cash, friendships, and reputation, in an emotional interview with Andy Dosty on Hitz FM on October 28, 2025.

“I was using narcotics.” I no longer had the resources to secure a place for myself. I ended up on the streets after losing everything that was supporting me,” he recalled.

The “Wototome” hitmaker clarified that while his music profession brought in some money, it was insufficient to support him. He claimed that the majority of his earnings went towards his survival and the costs of making songs.

“If I claimed that I did not get money from music, I would be lying. Even though it did not pay well, I split up the money I received from shows. Others invested in meals, others in studio work and promotional CDs, and yet others in bills. That is how I made do with what little I had,” he said.

Agbeko further disclosed that he attempted to make ends meet by operating a little indoor boutique where he sold clothing. He claimed that in addition to selling clothing, he occasionally carried it about for customers to purchase.

But his troubles did not stop there. The rapper disclosed that he started experiencing memory loss during this gloomy time, which made social interactions more challenging.

Later on, I became aware that I was suffering from memory loss. It is severe, and I think I need to see a doctor. I began to forget who I knew. When my supporters saw me and I did not reply, they assumed I was being conceited. I do not blame anyone, though, because they have no idea what I am going through,” he clarified.

Agbeko, previously one of the most promising rappers under Hammer’s The Last Two Music Group, recently made news after videos showing him living on the streets appeared online, a stark contrast to his once thriving career in the early 2000s.
