According to several Ghanaian prophets who made their predictions on December 31, 2025, the Black Stars will succeed at the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which will be held by the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
Prophet Nigel Gaisie, the founder of Prophetic Hill Church, disclosed that the Black Stars will advance to the Mundial final but did not say if they would prevail.
He also cautioned that some nations intend to attack the United States during the World Cup and asked everyone to pray against it in order to prevent any bad luck.
“In America, I saw a lot of jets. The World Cup might not happen; it might be postponed, or there might be an issue with the American one if we don’t pray. Prayer has the power to prevent it, so we will pray. He assured his followers, “I predicted that the Black Stars would qualify and perform exceptionally well in the final.”
Prophet Eric Boahen Uche, the head of Reign House Chapel, also warned of planned assaults during the 2026 World Cup and urged the US to bolster security at the major stadiums.
He pointed out that three nations are planning attacks to wreak havoc at stadiums during the World Cup in order to harm the US’s reputation.
The prophet also foresaw that Spain, the European champions, will win the FIFA World Cup in 2026 because the winner will move from South America to Europe.
“In opposition to the World Cup, three nations are meeting. Stadium security in the United States should be tightened. During the World Cup, American stadiums will be attacked. The winner will travel to Europe this year. Prophet Boahen declared, “I see a nation called Spain carrying the World Cup.”
The Black Stars will compete against England, Croatia, and Panama in Group L to go to the knockout stage.
Ghana will play one game in Canada and two in the United States.
